The team currently employs more than 170 people and operates over 6,600 public charging points in 10 European countries: Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary, and Romania. Together with site partners, EDRI will expand its network by installing an additional 1,000 high-power charging points per year.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Facility Manager eMobility (m/w/d) bist Du die verantwortungsvolle Schlüsselfigur zwischen Technik, Mensch und Umwelt:

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Ladehubs: Organisation und Koordination von Grünflächenpflege und Winterdienst in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
  • Technisches Facility Management: Sicherstellung der regelmäßigen Wartung und täglichen Reinigung der Einrichtung am Standort (u.a. Sanitär, PV, Dach) durch externe Dienstleister
  • Projektmanagement: Planung, Umsetzung sowie die Überwachung von Projekten zur Optimierung und Erweiterung unserer Ladeinfrastruktur und des allgemeinen Kundenerlebnisses
  • Standortbegehungen: Regelmäßige Inspektionen unserer Standorte in ganz Deutschland zur Qualitätssicherung und Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Dein Profil

  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Facility Management oder Elektromobilität
  • Mobilität: Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen innerhalb von Deutschland
  • Fachkenntnisse: Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von technischen Anlagen
  • Persönliche Stärken: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
