EDRI builds, owns, and operates public charging infrastructure for all types of electric vehicles. The company's goal is to create a sustainable world by providing charging stations for everyone, everywhere.

The team currently employs more than 170 people and operates over 6,600 public charging points in 10 European countries: Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary, and Romania. Together with site partners, EDRI will expand its network by installing an additional 1,000 high-power charging points per year.

Job description

Your mission

The Operations Manager plays a key role in managing and expanding the EV charging network, ensuring a reliable, user-friendly and high-quality charging experience. The focus is on operational excellence, customer satisfaction and supporting the transition towards a fossil-free future, while strengthening the companys position in a fast-growing market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure full operational readiness of the charging network
  • Support the commissioning and integration of new charging stations
  • Respond quickly to customer enquiries, resolve issues and act on user feedback
  • Conduct site visits to troubleshoot and ensure proper functionality
  • Contribute to projects aimed at continuously improving the charging infrastructure in collaboration with local and global teams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local and international regulations

Your profile

  • A solid technical understanding of electric mobility, charging infrastructure and related technical requirements is essential, and you bring a strong interest in new technologies
  • You are able to organise, monitor and continuously optimise operational processes while applying structured process management methods
  • Experience in planning, implementing and monitoring projects, particularly in charging infrastructure improvements, is important for success in this role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills enable you to quickly identify and resolve technical issues at charging points
  • Ensuring reliable, safe and high-quality operations through consistent quality control is a key part of the position
  • A strong service orientation and passion for delivering an inclusive and outstanding customer experience are highly valued
  • You communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate well across different teams
  • An independent working style, confident workload management and the initiative to solve new and complex challenges complete the profile
