E.ON Drive Infrastructure (EDRI) is a market-leading charging station operator across Europe and part of the E.ON Group. EDRI builds, owns, and operates public charging infrastructure for all types of electric vehicles. The company's goal is to create a sustainable world by providing charging stations for everyone, everywhere.

The team currently employs more than 170 people and operates over 6,600 public charging points in 10 European countries: Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary, and Romania. Together with site partners, EDRI will expand its network by installing an additional 1,000 high-power charging points per year.

Job description

Your mission

  • Drive the strategic expansion of EDRIs charging infrastructure across key regions
  • Position EDRI as a leading player in the rapidly growing eMobility market
  • Identify and evaluate high-potential public charging locations
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with property and location owners
  • Lead end-to-end contract negotiations and manage ongoing agreements
  • Develop sales strategies and market entry plans to expand the charging infrastructure portfolio
  • Conduct proactive outreach (including cold calling) and prepare customized proposals
  • Collaborate with and actively onboard new partners and agents
  • Build and shape the structure and strategy of the Partner & Location team
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations
  • Contribute to the development of both the local team and international EDRI structures grow with us!

Your profile

  • Solid understanding of the real estate sector and land acquisition processes, ideally across different scales
  • Experience in handling complex contract negotiations, including drafting and reviewing agreements in coordination with legal teams
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to land use, energy, and infrastructure especially in the context of eMobility
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data- and financially driven decisions
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Sitetracker, as well as MS Office 365; structured and detail-oriented in daily operations
  • Skilled in creating and delivering impactful presentations
  • Highly self-motivated, solution-oriented, and resilient in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Eager to grow personally and professionally, with a strong interest in building a long-term career in the eMobility industry
  • Open to continuous learning and ready to actively shape a growing company
